We have a qualified team for selection of highly professional maritime personnel, employing a rigorous selection and evaluation process to ensure that each candidate meets the specific requirements of the shipping companies. We ensure that all registered crew members are certified and trained to meet the specific requirements of the shipping lines.

EVALUATION
We evaluate the professional, technical and documentary profile of the crew members, based on the requirements required by the shipping company.
Once a group of crew members have been evaluated for each position or rank applied for, an exhaustive and strict verification of the documentation submitted is carried out.

SELECTION
Once the evaluation of the candidates is completed, we proceed with the selection of those who meet the professional profile according to the type of vessel requested by the shipowner.
We are fully committed to the selection of high performance personnel to contribute to the best management on board.
APPLICATION
All shipowners are different, that is why our crew management service is tailored to the needs of the shipowner and we adapt our services to their requirements and involve them in the process.
The selected crew members are submitted to the shipowner, for final approval.
CREW MANNING & RECRUITMENT SERVICES
Selection of candidates according to the specific rank and requirements before final owner’s approval.
The selection of personnel includes:
- Interview process according to rank and specific requirements to evaluate competence of the seafarer.
- English proficiency test (Crewkaizen test) according to the rank (only for Officers).
- Verification of seafarer documentation including STCW certificates and Licenses according to legislation applied.
- Medical Examinations and Medical Certification process with local doctors authorized by IMO to submit medical certificates to seafarers (Panamanian, Liberian) (after seafarer owner’s approval).
- Filling out corresponding forms according Consemar Group Quality Management System and/or your forms.
